Parent Workshop: Unlock Your Best Parenting Self: Releasing Childhood Beliefs That Hold You Back (Via Zoom)

Parenting can be one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives, but it also brings up deep-rooted emotions, often connected to our own childhood experiences. Sometimes, these past experiences—whether it’s the way we were raised, the messages we internalized, or unresolved emotions we carry—can unintentionally affect the way we parent today. If you’ve ever found yourself reacting to your child in ways you didn’t expect or struggling with certain parenting challenges, it may be that old beliefs and patterns are influencing how you show up as a parent.

In this workshop, we’ll dive into how your own childhood experiences can shape your parenting and how you can move beyond these limiting beliefs to create a healthier, more present relationship with your child.

Please note all events are scheduled in Pacific Time.
Cost: $35

Quiet your Inner Critic: mental fitness for a positive mindset

The thoughts, emotions, and beliefs we subconsciously absorbed in our childhood have a firm impact on our life as an adult. Even the way our parents behaved, all of their habits, good or bad, are taken up by us. Everything we learned from our childhood surroundings influences our responses as adults — in other words, childhood “conditioning”. Childhood conditioning, if left unchecked, can often lead to self-sabotage, causing stress, overwhelm and negative emotions.

In this talk, I will discuss the importance of “mental fitness” and how we can retrain our thoughts to overcome some of the negative impacts of our conditioning (and evolution) to handle life’s challenges with a positive mindset. I'll also teach you some simple techniques to help quiet negative thoughts and activate a positive mindset. With practice, building mental fitness will lead to better relationships, increased performance, improved wellbeing and happiness. Get ready to start your mental fitness journey!
