Parenting can be one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives, but it also brings up deep-rooted emotions, often connected to our own childhood experiences. Sometimes, these past experiences—whether it’s the way we were raised, the messages we internalized, or unresolved emotions we carry—can unintentionally affect the way we parent today. If you’ve ever found yourself reacting to your child in ways you didn’t expect or struggling with certain parenting challenges, it may be that old beliefs and patterns are influencing how you show up as a parent.
In this workshop, we’ll dive into how your own childhood experiences can shape your parenting and how you can move beyond these limiting beliefs to create a healthier, more present relationship with your child.
Please note all events are scheduled in Pacific Time.
