With a B.A. in Child Development and an M.A. in Education, I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, parents, teachers, and school leaders. Throughout my career, I have held positions such as Parent Coach, Executive Director, Education Consultant, Disabilities Manager, and Classroom Teacher. I dedicated five years to serving diverse populations in San Francisco's Chinatown, particularly low-income families and children with special needs.

As a parent myself, I have faced personal challenges that prompted me to seek out new parenting approaches for my own children. This led me to a relationship-based practice emphasizing connection and simplicity, offering a proactive and developmentally informed alternative to conventional reaction-based parenting.

My work with parents focuses on communication, positive discipline, parent-child relationships, and mental fitness. I empower parents with confidence and tools to help them respond to their child’s unique needs, create a nurturing environment, and cultivate conscious, connected, and balanced family lives.

It’s time to simplify your family life and discover the joyful pleasure of raising a family!
